引导式教育干预在孤独症患儿中的应用效果

摘  要:目的:观察引导式教育干预在孤独症患儿中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年3月至2023年4月该院收治的116例孤独症患儿的临床资料,根据护理方法不同将其分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用引导式教育干预,比较两组孤独症状[孤独症行为量表(ABC)、孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)]和功能独立性[儿童功能独立性评定量表(WeeFIM)]评分、心理教育[心理教育量表(PEP-3)]评分,以及家长满意度。结果:干预后,两组ABC、ATEC评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,两组WeeFIM评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组沟通、体能、健康行为等各项PEP-3评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意度为96.55%(56/58),高于对照组的86.21%(50/58),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:引导式教育干预应用于孤独症患儿,可减轻其孤独症状,提高功能独立性和心理教育评分,进而提升家长满意度,效果优于常规干预。Objective:To observe application effects of guided education intervention in children with autism.Methods:The clinical data of 116 children with autism admitted to this hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intervention,while the observation group was treated with the guided education intervention.The autism symptoms [autism behavior checklist(ABC),autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC)] and the functional independence [functional independence measure(WeeFIM) for children]scores,the psychological education [psychological education profile(PEP-3)] score,and the parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the ABC and ATEC scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the WeeFIM scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the PEP-3 scores of communication,physical fitness and health behavior in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the parental satisfaction in the observation group was 96.55%(56/58),which was higher than 86.21%(50/58) in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The guided education intervention in the children with autism can reduce the symptoms of loneliness,improve the functional independence and the psychological education scores,and then improve the parental satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to conventional intervention.
