摘　　要：文章首先介绍高校科研档案面临着档案内容不够齐全完整和利用率不高的困境,剖析了困境产生的原因,继而提出高校档案管理部门需要直面困境,加强制度建设来保障科研档案的完整,联合科研相关部门,加快科研档案信息资源的开发、利用,双管齐下,逐步适应信息化时代的快速发展。Firstly,the paper introduces that scientific research archives in universities face the dilemma of incomplete content and low utilization,and analyzes the causes of the dilemma.Then it proposes that university archives management departments face difficulties directly,strengthen institutional construction to ensure the integrity of scientific research archives,collaborate with relevant scientific research departments,accelerate the development and utilization of scientific research archival information resources,and work together to gradually adapt to the rapid development of the information age.
