综合医院项目后评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：随着人口老龄化、疾病结构的变化和医疗技术的进步,综合医院的建设和服务在新时期健康防疫背景下步入了新的高峰。然而,近年来我国各级新建和改扩建的医院出现了建成后的使用现状和设计意图不相符的情况,因此,为了适应新时期的发展需求,亟需对综合医院进行项目后评价,以便能够更好地从使用者的角度出发,对经过设计并正被使用的综合医院进行系统评价的研究。因此,建立使用者视角(病患和陪护人员)的综合医院后评估体系具有重要意义,可以更好地反映医院对于使用者需求的响应程度,并促进综合医院全面、高效、高质量、人性化发展。本研究以综合医院为例,结合相关文献和使用者满意度分析,提炼出了初步指标,通过问卷调查法和因子分析法对指标进行了筛选,建立了基于使用者视角的综合医院满意度指标框架。With the aging of the population,the change of disease structure and the progress of medical technology,the construction and service of general hospitals have entered a new peak under the background of health epidemic prevention in the new era.However,in recent years,there has been a situation that the use status and design intention of new and expanded hospitals at all levels in China are not consistent after completion.Therefore,in order to meet the development needs of the new era,it is urgent to carry out post-project evaluation of general hospitals,so as to better study the systematic evaluation of general hospitals that have been designed and are being used from the perspective of users.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a post-evaluation system for general hospitals from the perspective of users(patients and caregivers),which can better reflect the response of hospitals to users'needs and promote the comprehensive,efficient,high-quality and humanized development of general hospitals.This study takes general hospitals as an example,combines relevant literature and user satisfaction analysis,extracts preliminary indicators,screens indicators through questionnaire survey and factor analysis,and establishes a general hospital satisfaction index framework based on user perspective.
