摘 要:当前,智能制造迈入了繁荣发展的新时期。面向智能制造领域的“项目工程师”培养,应以工匠精神雕琢时代品质,构建全面的知识体系,注重在实践中提升技术应用能力,培养创新思维、跨学科协作能力、项目管理与学习能力。以沧州师范学院机械与电气工程学院为例,以“项目工程师”人才培养质量和规格为目标,构筑了以应用能力为导向的“一线两贯八环节”工程化实践教学体系。基于新工科发展理念,提出了项目驱动式实践教学模式,包括“课内外贯通、各层次贯穿”以及“321”项目化实践教学等。从实施效果看,该模式对自动化专业的建设与改革起到了明显的推动作用。At present,intelligent manufacturing has entered a new period of prosperity and development.The training of“project engineers”in the field of intelligent manufacturing should be sculpted with the spirit of craftsman,building a comprehensive knowledge system,focusing on the improvement of technology application abilities in practice,and cultivating innovative thinking,interdisciplinary cooperationabilities,as well as project management and learning abilities.Taking the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Cangzhou Normal University as an example,aiming for the quality and specifications of“project engineer”talent training,it has built an application-orientedengineering practical teaching system of“One Line,Two Connections,Eight Links”.Based on the new engineering education development concept,the project-driven practical teaching model is put forward,including“connecting in-class and out-of-class,continuity across all levels”and“321”project-based practical teaching.From the implementation effect,it has played a significant role in promoting the construction and reform of the automation major.
