摘  要:研究了磷酸二氢钠,焦硫酸钠两种无机盐在3.5%氯盐浓度条件下对钢筋腐蚀电化学行为的影响。结果表明:当磷酸二氢钠达到一定浓度时可以维持钢筋钝化状态,在初始氯盐浓度为3.5%时,对应维持钢筋钝化状态需要的磷酸二氢钠浓度为3.5%。焦硫酸钠的掺入虽不能维持钢筋的钝化状态,但是可以有效降低腐蚀速率,在初始氯盐浓度为3.5%时,焦硫酸钠浓度为4%时钢筋腐蚀速率降低程度最为显著。表面分析表明:磷酸二氢钠通过与钢筋表面形成FePO_(4)阻止钢筋腐蚀的发生,焦硫酸钠通过抑制氧腐蚀阴极反应延缓钢筋腐蚀。The effect of sodium dihydrogen phosphate,sodium pyrosulfate on carbon steel(3.5%chloride level)was studied.The results show that when sodium dihydrogen phosphate reaches a certain concentration and above the steel bar passive state can be mantained,when the initial chloride concentration is 3.5%,the corresponding sodium dihydrogen phosphate level is 3.5%.Although the passivation state of steel bars cannot be maintained in simulated pore solution with sodium pyrosulfate,the corrosion rate can still be effectively reduced.When the initial chloride concentration is 3.5%,the maximum reduction happens when is sodium pyrosulfate 4%.Surface analysis shows that sodium metabisulphate retards corrosion by inhibiting the oxygen corrosion cathodic reaction,while sodium dihydrogen phosphate prevents corrosion from occurring by forming FePO_(4)with the steel surface.
