The resourcefulness research of the nursing population:a scoping review

摘　　要：目的:对护理人群智谋的研究现状进行分析,为今后该领域的研究提供参考。方法:以Arksey和O'Malley的范围综述方法学为框架,检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EBSCO、Scopus、Wiley等国内外数据库,对文献进行筛选、提取和总结。结果:共纳入23篇文献,包括横断面研究22篇、干预性研究1篇。17篇报告护理人群智谋的水平,10篇分析智谋的影响因素,15篇文献报道智谋对护理人群的作用效果,共使用3种测评工具。结论:护理人群智谋多处于中等水平,影响因素复杂多样,且智谋在护理人群的负性作用效果显著,测评工具不具有针对性,相关研究设计类型单一。未来研究者应从测评工具、研究设计类型等方面加深研究,进一步促进护理人群智谋水平的提高,促进护理的高质量发展。Objective:To analyze the research status of resourcefulness in nursing populations and provide reference for future studies in this field.Methods:Based on the scope review methodology framework by Arksey and O'Malley,domestic and international databases were searched,including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,EBSCO,Scopus,and Wiley.The literature was screened,extracted and summarized.Results:A total of 23 articles are included,comprising 22 cross-sectional studies and 1interventional study.17 articles reported the level of resourcefulness in nursing populations,10 articles analyzed influencing factors of resourcefulness,and 15 articles explored the effects of resourcefulness on nursing population.Three assessment tools were utilized across the studies.Conclusions:The resourcefulness of the nursing population is generally at the middle level,the influencing factors are complex and diverse,and the negative effect of the resourcefulness in the nursing population is significant,the evaluation tools are not targeted,and the related research design type is single.In the future,researchers should prioritize the development of targeted assessment instruments,diversify research methodologies,and deepen investigations to enhance resourcefulness levels in nursing populations,so as to promote the high-quality development of nursing.
