摘 要:在介质为液氮的测试环境中,基于水标测试台的传统标定方法不再适用。为了解决低温液氮标定问题,通过最小二乘法的思想,建立了一套全新的科氏质量流量计高精度标定方法。提出了流量计误差的数学模型,并推导出修正公式,利用3种不同型号的科氏质量流量计进行实验验证,证明该方法能使科氏质量流量计的低温液氮测试误差小于0.15%。所提出的低温液氮标定方法,能够有效并且高精度地标定低温液氮条件下的科氏质量流量计参数,该方法也为其他领域的研究提供了重要的工程应用价值。In the test environment with liquid nitrogen as the medium,the traditional calibration method based on water mark test bench is no longer applicable.In order to solve the calibration problem of low temperature liquid nitrogen,a new high precision calibration method of Koch mass flowmeter was established by the idea of least square method.The mathematical model of the flow meter error was proposed,and the correction formula was derived.Three different types of Coriander mass flow meters were used for experimental verification,which proved that the measurement error of Coriander mass flow meter at low temperature liquid nitrogen was less than 0.15%.The proposed calibration method of low temperature liquid nitrogen can effectively and accurately calibrate the parameters of Coriolis mass flowmeter under low temperature liquid nitrogen conditions.This method also provides important engineering application value for research and application in other fields.
