摘 要:针对移动通信设备小型化的需求,本文根据技术指标要求,利用计算公式设计了一款工作在L波段截止频率为2 GHz的3阶切比雪夫低通滤波器,该滤波器采用集总电感和电容设计,然后使用ADS软件对电路进行仿真优化,再在HFSS软件中利用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺分别构建了螺旋式电感和垂直交指形电容,最后将构建的电感和电容模型结合成滤波器整体的3D结构。经过HFSS仿真测得该滤波器在通带中插入损耗<1 dB,回波损耗≥10 dB,在带外3~6 GHz的抑制均>17 dB。该产品尺寸仅为2.4 mm×2.3 mm×1.2 mm,非常适用于小型化移动设备领域。LTCC技术的使用不仅提升了滤波器的性能,同时也使滤波器结构更加紧凑。In order to meet the needs of miniaturization of mobile communication equipment,this paper first designed a third-order Chebyshev low-pass filter with a cutoff frequency of 2 GHz in L-band by using the calculation formula according to the requirements of technical indicators.The filter was designed with lumped inductance and capacitors,and then the ADS software was used to simulate and optimize the circuit.Then the spiral inductance and vertical inductance capacitor are constructed by Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic(LTCC)technology in HFSS software.Finally,the inductance and capacitance models were combined into the 3D structure of the whole filter.HFSS simulation results show that the filter's insertion loss in the passband is less than 0.8 dB,the return loss is better than 10 dB,and the rejection of 3~6 GHz outside the band is greater than 17 dB.The product size is only 2.4 mm×2.3 mm×1.2 mm,which is very suitable for miniaturized mobile devices.The use of LTCC technology not only improves the performance of the filter,but also makes the size more compact.
