谈汉藏新闻翻译的特点、原则与方法——访汉藏新闻翻译专家多杰仁青先生

摘　　要：多杰仁青先生先后从事藏语播音、文艺节目翻译、汉藏广播新闻翻译和审定工作四十余年,现已成为藏族聚居区赫赫有名的新闻翻译家。他指出:以宣传党的方针政策、传达新理念和新意识、传播科技文化知识作为主要报道内容的藏语广播电视以及藏文报纸等媒体的译文要求通俗易懂,这既是时代赋予我们藏语新闻工作者的重任,同时也是受众群体对藏语新闻工作者的要求。通过专访多杰仁青先生,结合其多年的新闻翻译经验,重点讲述了藏语广播新闻翻译应满足信息的时效性、语言的简洁性、文化的适应性、词汇的专业性、句式的多样性等汉藏新闻翻译的特点。另外,还应遵循准确性、及时性、简洁性,忠实反映原文风格、受众适应性、客观性等翻译原则。并指出新词术语翻译缺乏规范性与统一性、广播新闻中的汉藏翻译过于书面化、翻译工作人员的专业化有待提高等汉藏新闻翻译和审定工作中存在的问题,提出要灵活应用汉藏新闻翻译技巧、加强翻译队伍建设、提高翻译水平等方法,为藏语广播新闻翻译工作者提供理论参考。Mr.Dorje Rinchen has been engaged in announcer,literary program translator,Sino-Tibetan radio news translation and approval work for more than 40 years,and has now become a well-known news translator in Tibetan areas.He pointed out that the translation of Tibetan-language radio and television and Tibetan-language newspapers,which take the propaganda of the Party’s policies,the transmission of new ideas and new consciousness,and the dissemination of scientific and cultural knowledge as the main content of their reports,should be easy to understand,which is not only the heavy responsibility entrusted by the times to Tibetan journalists,but also the requirements of the audience for Tibetan journalists.Based on an interview with Mr.Dorje Renqing and his more than 40 years of experience in news translation,this paper focuses on the characteristics of Tibetan broadcast news translation,such as the timeliness of information,the simplicity of language,the adaptability of culture,the professionalism of vocabulary and the diversity of sentence patterns.At the same time,it should follow the principles of accuracy,timeliness,simplicity,faithfully reflecting the style of the original text,audience adaptability,objectivity and so on.This paper points out the problems existing in the translation and approval of Chinese-Tibetan news,such as the lack of standardization and uniformity in the translation of new words and terms,the over-written Chinese-Tibetan translation in broadcast news,and the need to improve the specialization of translation staff.On this basis,it puts forward solutions to flexibly apply Chinese-Tibetan news translation skills,strengthen the construction of translation teams,and improve the translation level,providing theoretical reference for Tibetan broadcast news translators.
