摘　　要：随着数字化浪潮的来临,数字化赋能日渐成为各个行业转型变革的重要驱动力。新时代教育数字化转型是民办教育高质量发展的关键支撑,对于民办高校而言,教育数字化转型不仅是提升教学质量和效率的关键,更是培养应用型新质人才的重要抓手。本文在探讨民办高校教育数字化转型的内涵、动因、实践逻辑、挑战与机遇的基础上提出相应的实施保障机制,即:提升数字化转型意识水平、强化组织领导与实施,持续加大投入保障力度、为其提供相应的物质保障,完善数字技术设施、为数字化转型提供技术支持,充分发挥教师的主体作用、提升教师的数字素养,建立有效的成效评价体系、推进教育数字化持续改进,本文旨在为民办高校教育数字化转型实施保障提供理论镜鉴和实践参考。With the advent of the wave of digitization,digital empowerment is increasingly becoming an important driving force for transformation and change in various industries.The digital transformation of education in the new era is the key support for the highquality development of private education,and for private colleges and universities,the digital transformation of education is not only the key to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching,but also an important hand in cultivating new and applied talents.This paper discusses the connotation,motivation,practical logic,challenges and opportunities of the digital transformation of education in private colleges and universities on the basis of the corresponding implementation of the guarantee mechanism,namely:to enhance the level of awareness of the digital transformation,strengthen the organizational leadership and implementation,continue to increase the investment guarantee to provide the corresponding material protection,improve the digital technology facilities,provide technical support for the digital transformation,and give full play to the main role of teachers,Enhance teachers'digital literacy,establish an effective effectiveness evaluation system,and promote the continuous improvement of education digitalization.This paper aims to provide theoretical mirrors and practical references for the implementation of the digital transformation of private colleges and universities.
