依达拉奉右莰醇联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗脑梗死的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析脑梗死患者采用依达拉奉右莰醇联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗的临床疗效。方法98例脑梗死患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,每组49例。参照组应用依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,研究组在参照组基础上应用瑞舒伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血脂水平、炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,相较于参照组的(5.30±0.16)、(2.31±0.22)、(2.72±0.38)、(1.28±0.21)mmol/L,研究组总胆固醇(4.47±0.09)mmol/L、甘油三酯(1.57±0.18)mmol/L以及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.61±0.42)mmol/L更低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(1.78±0.26)mmol/L更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于参照组的(180.14±27.30)μg/L、(3.58±1.26)mg/L,研究组基质金属蛋白酶9(132.34±23.21)μg/L、超敏C反应蛋白(2.08±1.08)mg/L更低(P<0.05)。结论针对脑梗死患者给予单一依达拉奉右莰醇治疗,可让患者的病情得到有效改善,但是无法达到最佳治疗效果。通过联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗后,可让患者的血脂水平得到改善,提升治疗效果,并且能够降低患者机体炎症因子水平,对缓解炎性反应具有一定的实用价值,值得在临床中广泛推广。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of edaravone dexborneol combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into reference group and study group according to random numerical table,with 49 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with edaravone dexborneol,and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin on the basis of the reference group.The levels of blood lipids and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with(5.30±0.16),(1.57±0.18),(2.72±0.38)and(1.28±0.21)mmol/L in the control group,total cholesterol(4.47±0.09)mmol/L,triglyceride(2.31±0.22)mmol/L and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.61±0.42)mmol/L were lower,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(1.78±0.26)mmol/L was higher in the study group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with(180.14±27.30)μg/L and(3.58±1.26)mg/L in the control group,matrix metalloproteinase 9(132.34±23.21)μg/L and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(2.08±1.08)mg/L were lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral infarction,the treatment of edaravone dexborneol alone can effectively improve the condition of patients,but cannot achieve the best therapeutic effect.Combined with rosuvastatin treatment can improve the blood lipid level,enhance the therapeutic effect of patients,and can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients,which has certain practical value in alleviating inflammatory reactions,and is worthy of being widely promoted in the clinic.
