摘　　要：实现数字化转型是当今我国高校与科研机构的重要命题,本文以A单位数字化转型为例,详细介绍了数字化转型的设计理念与方案,以期为我国高校与科研机构数字化转型提供参考。Doing a good job in digital transformation is an important proposition for universities and research institutions in China today.This article takes the digital transformation of Unit A as an example and provides a detailed introduction to the design concepts and plans of digital transformation,in order to provide reference for the digital transformation of universities and research institutions in China.
