治理现代化视阈下高职院校档案治理能力建设研究

摘　　要：当前,在先进技术不断升级完善与广泛应用背景下,高职院校档案治理成为大势所趋。相关规章制度、管理手段也在不断创新与完善。在这个进程中,AR/VR、云计算、大数据以及高级加密存储技术逐渐被用于档案治理体系中,使该体系实现了远程化、智能化管理,增强了治理成效,并最大化发挥档案的价值,促进数字化档案服务模式在高职院校的高效实施与运行。Currently,with the continuous upgrading and widespread application of advanced technology,the management of archives in vocational colleges has become a trend.The relevant regulations and management methods are also constantly innovating and improving.In this process,AR/VR,cloud computing,big data,and advanced encrypted storage technologies are gradually integrated into the archive governance system,achieving remote and intelligent management,enhancing governance effectiveness,and maximizing the value of archives,promoting the efficient implementation and operation of digital archive service models in vocational colleges.This article conducts research on this topic.
