《伤寒论》中白术治疗“脐动悸”的特点及临床研究概述

摘　　要：古代医家探讨《伤寒论》中“脐动悸”的病因病机,多由于心肾、中阳虚,不能制水,导致饮停气逆上冲引起,而张仲景原文中用白术治疗脐动悸时需“去术”或加减其他药物才可用之,其中特点未曾详细论述。为了阐述医治脐周悸动与白术相关联系的客观性,通过追踪研究近年发表的相关论述“术”与“腹部悸动类”文章,对《伤寒论》中“脐动悸”的古今病因病机及近现代研究进展进行研究,并对白术治疗脐悸动的特点及相关因素进行概述。In ancient medical texts,discussions on the etiology and pathogenesis of“Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation”in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases often point to a deficiency in the heart and kidneys which leads to an inability to control water and results in the retention of fluid and a counterflow flow of Qi.Zhang Zhongjing's treatment methods for Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation were highly varied.In the original text of the treatise,in the prescription on treating Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation,Atractylodes Macrocephalus was removed or it was used with other medications added or removed.The unique features of this approach were not elaborated upon.To elucidate the objectivity of the relationship between Atractylodes Macrocephalus and the treatment of Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation,the author conducted a comprehensive review of articles published in recent years that discuss the relationship between“Atractylodes Macrocephalus”and“Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation”,as well as research from ancient to modern times on the etiology and pathogenesis of“Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation”in Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Diseases.Additionally,an overview of the characteristics and related factors of the treatment of Periumbilical Throbbing Sensation with Atractylodes Macrocephalus was provided.
