摘　　要：根治性切除术是目前唯一可能治愈胆囊癌(GBC)的方法。近几年,随着腹腔镜器械及技术的发展,腹腔镜根治性胆囊切除术(LRC)治疗胆囊癌再次成为研究热点,但LRC是否会增加肿瘤种植,能否获得满意切缘等仍是争议焦点。本文通过分析相关文献,归纳分析腹腔镜下胆囊癌切除研究现状。Radical resection is the only possible treatment for gallbladder cancer(GBC).In recent years,with the development of laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy(LRC)for the treatment of gallbladder cancer,laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy(LRC)has once again become a hot topic of research.However,whether LRC would increase tumor implantation and obtain satisfactory resection margins remains a focus of controversy.Based on the analysis of relevant literature,this paper summarized and analyzed the research status of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
