摘 要:在阳离子交换树脂催化的条件下,以硼酸和丙三醇合成硼酸双丙三醇酯(DGB),探究了DGB合成的最优化条件。并且用傅立叶红外光谱、核磁共振和质谱对合成反应得到的产物进行了表征,随后用三乙醇胺(TEA)与DGB进一步反应得到含硼原子稳定结构的阴离子表面活性剂DGB-TEA。抑菌性试验表明DGB-TEA具有良好的抑菌性,其对大肠杆菌的最佳抑菌pH和浓度分别为8-8.5和0.3wt%,是一种良好的抑菌表面活性剂。This study synthesized diglycerol borate(DGB)through the reaction of boric acid with glycerol catalyzed by cation-exchange resin,and systematically investigated the optimal reaction conditions.The resultant product was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and mass spectrometry(MS).Subsequently,the boron-containing anionic surfactant DGBTEA with stabilized structure was obtained by further reacting DGB with triethanolamine(TEA).Antibacterial tests demonstrated that DGB-TEA exhibits excellent bacteriostatic properties,showing optimal inhibitory effects against Escherichia coli at pH 8-8.5 and concentration of 0.3 wt%.These findings indicate that DGBTEA represents a promising bacteriostatic surfactant for practical applications.
