青贮对苦豆子营养价值的影响

摘  要:为解决榆林地区饲料资源匮乏问题,试验以盛花期苦豆子为试验材料,进行青贮处理,并对青贮处理前后苦豆子的营养价值进行探讨。结果表明:苦豆子青贮后干物质、粗灰分、粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量均显著高于青贮前(P<0.05);青贮前苦豆子的中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量分别为40.59%和30.88%,显著高于青贮后(P<0.05)。青贮后苦豆子的钙含量为0.32%,显著高于青贮前(P<0.05);在青贮前和青贮后磷含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。通过理论计算得出苦豆子青贮后的相对饲用价值、消化能、代谢能、维持净能和增重净能均显著高于青贮前(P<0.05);青贮前和青贮后的饲草分级指数无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明青贮后苦豆子的营养价值在一定程度上得到了提高,理论上可以作为一种非常规饲料。In order to solve the problem of lacking feed resources in Yulin area,the experiment took sophora alopecuroides in full bloom as the test material and carried out silage treatment,and the nutritional value of sophora alopecuroides before and after silage treatment was explored.The results showed that the dry matter,crude ash,crude protein and crude fat contents of sophora alopecuroides after silage were significantly higher than those before silage(P<0.05).The neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber contents of sophora alopecuroides before silage were 40.59%and 30.88%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those after silage(P<0.05).Calcium content of sophora alopecuroides after silage was 0.32%,which was significantly higher than that before silage(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between phosphorus content before and after silage(P>0.05).Theoretical calculations yielded that the relative feeding value,digestive energy,metabolizable energy,net energy for maintenance and net energy for weight gain of sophora alopecuroides after silage were significantly higher than those before silage(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the forage grading index between before and after silage(P>0.05).It indicated that the nutritional value of sophora alopecuroides was improved to some extent after silage,which could theoretically be used as a non-conventional feed.
