摘  要:当前,在线学习的快速发展使学习者互动质量评价面临新的挑战,如何全面评价学习者话语互动的社会交互、情感态度、认知建构等质量水平,已成为长期困扰教育工作者的实际问题。对此,文章首先以活动理论为上层牵引,采用文献调研法和德尔菲法,解析在线学习空间下话语互动质量评价的多要素组构成分,确定指标权重系数,并耦合关联学习者的外显社交行为和内隐情感、认知、知识特征,构建了包含三级目录结构和四维特征要素(即社交、情感、认知和知识)的在线学习空间下的话语互动质量评价指标体系。然后,文章对该指标体系进行了实践应用,结果表明该指标体系可作为评价在线学习空间下话语互动质量的一种综合性评估测量工具,且其数字化计算驱动的综合评价结果可助力教师开展精准教学,为学习者自主学习过程提供适切反馈,促进其社会互动、情感调节和认知加工,进而提升学习效果和学习体验。文章通过研究,旨在为在线学习空间下的学习者话语互动评价新范式提供理论指导和实践支持。At present,the rapid development of online learning has posed novel challenges in assessing the quality of learner interactions.How to comprehensively evaluate the quality level of learner discourse interaction such as social engagement,emotional attitude,and cognitive construction has become a practical problem that has long troubled educators.Therefore,this paper utilized activity theory as the upper lead,adopted literature review and Delphi methods to analyze the multi-element fabric components of discourse interaction quality evaluation in online learning space,determined the index weighting coefficients and integrated learners’explicit social behaviors with their implicit emotion,cognition,and knowledge characteristics,thereby establishing an evaluation index system of discourse interaction quality in online learning space with three-level directory structure and four-dimensional feature element(social,emotion,cognition,and knowledge).Then,this paper carried out practical application of this index system,and the results showed that this index system can be used as a comprehensive evaluation and measurement tool to evaluate the discourse interaction quality in online learning space,and its digital computation-driven comprehensive evaluation results can help teachers carry out precision teaching and provide appropriate feedback for learners’autonomous learning process to promote their social interaction,emotional regulation and cognitive processing,so as to improve the learning effect and learning experience.This paper aimed to provide theoretical guidance and practical support for the new paradigm of learner discourse interactive evaluation in the online learning space.
