摘　　要：高校党的制度建设是保障高校党的建设持续发力的基础。改革开放以来,高校党的制度建设历经恢复重建、曲折探索、规范建设、全面深化四个时期,党的制度建设有效加强党在高校改革发展中的领导地位、提升高校党建工作的科学化水平、优化高校党的组织体系和工作机制,具有重要现实意义,启示我们高校党的制度建设要坚持党的领导和事业发展、制度建党和思想建党、问题导向与自我革命相统一,为奋进中国式现代化征程上高校纵深推进全面从严治党提供坚强制度保障。The Party's institutional development in colleges is the foundation for ensuring the continuous progress of the Party's building in higher education institutions.Since the reform and opening up,the Party's institutional development in colleges has gone through four stages:restoration and rebuilding,tortuous exploration,standardized building,and comprehensive deepening.The Party's institutional building has effectively strengthened the leadership of the Party in college reform and development,improved the scientific level of college's Party building,optimized the Party's organizational system and working mechanism,and holds significant practical meaning.It enlightens us that college Party system building should adhere to the leadership of the Party and the development of the cause,combine institutional development with ideological development,and unify problem orientation and self-revolution.This will provide a strong institutional guarantee for promoting strict Party governance in colleges as part of China's modernization journey.
