摘  要:针对江汉油田物资供应仓储管理水平落后、人均工作量低、物资供应管理系统风险大的现状,江汉油田通过建设油田低值易耗品供应超市、建设生产物资专业储备库、组建大宗物资中心储备库等实践,有效推动物资供应转型升级、运营成本减少、物资保障精准高效、人均劳效提升、风险管控全面提升。In response to the outdated material supply and storage management,low per capita workload,and high risks in the material supply management system at Jianghan Oilfield,several measures were taken,including the establishment of a low-value expendable goods supply supermarket,a specialized warehouse for production materials,and a central warehouse for bulk materials.These practices have effectively promoted the transformation and upgrading of material supply,reduced operating costs,ensured precise and efficient material support,improved per capita labor efficiency,and enhanced comprehensive risk control.
