摘　　要：第三代半导体产业作为新兴高科技产业,其发展前景和应用领域十分广阔。宁波市作为中国的沿海城市,具备发展第三代半导体产业的地理、产业和人才优势。因此本文旨在分析宁波市发展第三代半导体产业链的建设路线,为促进产业升级和经济转型提供指导。通过对宁波市第三代半导体产业链建设的分析,得到如下结论:①市场需求是指导产业链建设的重要依据,市场发展趋势可以加强技术研发和创新能力的建设,建设完整的产业链;②宁波市发展第三代半导体产业需要全面考虑市场需求、技术研发、产业链建设、创业创新和人才培养等方面因素,积极制定政策和行动计划,为宁波市经济转型和高质量发展提供新的动力和机遇。鉴此,本研究可为宁波市制定科学合理的发展战略和政策提供参考,走出一条符合宁波实际的第三代半导体产业发展之路。同时,本研究期望对其他地区和相关领域的产业发展也具有一定借鉴意义,能够促进区域经济协调发展和国家科技创新能力的提升。The third generation of semiconductor industry,as an emerging high-tech industry,has a very broad development prospects and application fields.As a coastal city in China,Ningbo has the geographical,industrial and talent advantages to develop the third-generation Semiconductor industry.Therefore,this paper aims to analyze the construction route of developing the third generation Semiconductor industry chain in Ningbo,and provide guidance for promoting industrial upgrading and economic transformation.Through the analysis of the construction of the third generation Semiconductor industry chain in Ningbo,the following conclusions are drawn.Market demand is an important basis for guiding the construction of the industrial chain.The market development trend is to strengthen the construction of technological research and innovation capabilities and build a complete industrial chain.To develop the third-generation Semiconductor industry in Ningbo,it is necessary to comprehensively consider market demand,technological research and development,industrial chain construction,innovation and talent cultivation,actively formulate policies and action plans,and promote the construction of the industrial chain,Provide new impetus and opportunities for the economic transformation and high-quality development of Ningbo City.This study can provide a reference for Ningbo to formulate scientific and reasonable development strategies and policies,and find a way to develop the third-generation Semiconductor industry that conforms to the reality of Ningbo.At the same time,it also has reference significance for the development of industries in other regions and related fields,promoting coordinated regional economic development and enhancing the country's scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
