摘  要:针对永磁同步直线电机(PMSLM)控制中数据处理任务多、实时性要求高的问题,设计了一种基于FPGA和ARM双核架构的永磁同步直线电机驱动控制系统。通过在FPGA中实现对电机的矢量控制和高速数据采样、通信处理等功能,实现了多任务并行处理,同时,在ARM中实现速度运算和人机交互,提高了系统速度和电流的控制精度,具有高可靠性、高响应速度等优点。本文首先针对双核架构设计了系统总体方案,完成了系统的软硬件设计,实验结果表明,该控制系统能够在电流环30kHz和速度环1kHz下稳定运行,满足永磁同步直线电机控制需求,速度和电流控制平稳,具有较好的实用性和应用价值。A permanent magnet synchronous linear motor drive control system based on FPGA and ARM dual core architecture is designed to address the issues of multiple data processing tasks and high real-time requirements in the control of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors.By implementing vector control,high-speed data sampling,communication processing,and other functions for motors in FPGA,multitasking parallel processing has been achieved.At the same time,speed calculation and human-machine interaction have been implemented in ARM,improving the control accuracy of system speed and current.It has the advantages of high reliability and fast response speed.This paper first designs the overall system scheme for the dual core architecture and completes the software and hardware design of the system.The experimental results show that the control system can operate stably under the current loop of 30kHz and the speed loop of 1kHz,meeting the control requirements of permanent magnet synchronous linear motors.The speed and current control are stable,and it has good practicality and application value.
