乡村居住空间的新形态与新理论初探——以浙中义乌市某典型村落为例

摘　　要：基于乡村居民的居住意愿和景观偏好,借鉴“替代性住宅”等理论,针对浙中义乌地区特点提出“疏密有致”“联排合院式”的乡村住区新模式,以及在高开发强度下实现乡村住区新模式的策略及其技术思路。调查乡村居民认知中的新乡村(如亦城亦乡)及形式选择;借助“解构主义”理论,解析村民的“意向要素”及特征;基于“尊民意,守规律”创新原则,初步构建“新乡村空间建设”框架,并辅以图示;结合城、乡空间的差异性研究进一步凸显与检验“新乡村空间”的乡村特色。Based on the living desire and landscape preferences of rural residents,combined with the characteristics of the Yiwu area in central Zhejiang with theories such as"alternative residential development",This study proposes a new rural residential area model that is"loose and dense"and"row-courtyard style."In view of the technical problem of how to have a rural landscape under the high development intensity,a four-step solution is proposed.1.To investigate the new villages and their forms in rural residents'perception;2.To adopt the theory of"deconstruction"to analyze the"intention elements"of villagers,it is found that the practical elements are more important than the landscape elements.Self-built houses and courtyards are preferred by residents,while the large field landscape outside the village is more important than the ancient buildings.3.Based on the two innovative principles of"respecting public opinion and abiding by laws",The research proposes a"five elements of new design"framework and explains it with the help of a plan.Finally,the differences between rural space and urban space are discussed to further highlight and test the rural character of"new space".The above-mentioned new models of rural residential areas and their problem-solving ideas constitute the basic innovation of this study.
