摘 要:随着城市化进程加速,水资源短缺问题愈发显著,其中水厂余泥处理成为污水处理环节中的痛点。聚焦于提高余泥脱水效率,通过理论与试验相结合的方法,对现有原余泥处理工艺进行梳理,并分析其遇到的主要问题;进一步通过试验研究探寻影响浓缩罐余泥浓缩效果的关键因素,尤其重点考察沉降时间对余泥浓缩性能的影响。研究设计了新型的余泥预处理装置并进行试验验证,优化了预处理条件,提高了后续余泥处理的效率和效果。通过对比分析不同处理方案,最终总结出一套可显著提升余泥脱水效果的预处理工艺,并展望其在废水处理领域的应用前景。As the pace of urbanization accelerates,the issue of water scarcity becomes increasingly prominent,wherein the treatment of excess sludge from water plants emerges as a pain point within the sewage treatment process.This paper focuses on improving the dewatering efficiency of excess sludge by employing a combined theoretical and experimental approach to review existing primary sludge treatment processes and to analyze the main issues they face.Further experimental research is conducted to explore the key factors affecting the concentration performance of sludge in thickening tanks,with a particular emphasis on the impact of settling time on sludge concentration performance.The study designs a novel sludge pretreatment device,verifies it through experiments,optimizes the pretreatment conditions,and enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of subsequent sludge treatment.Through comparative analysis of different treatment schemes,this paper ultimately summarizes a set of pretreatment processes that can significantly improve the dewatering effect of sludge and looks forward to its application prospects in the field of wastewater treatment.
