摘 要:目的 探讨研讨会、情景模拟联合视频反馈的三位一体教学模式在产科临床护理教学中的应用。方法 选取2022年6月—2024年5月在中山大学附属第一医院产科实习的护生100人作为研究对象,其中2022年6月-2023年5月在本院产科实习的50名护生作为对照组,2023年6月~2024年5月在本院产科实习的50名护生作为干预组。对照组实施传统教学模式,干预组采取研讨会、情景模拟联合视频反馈三位一体的教学模式,进行病例情景演练。比较两组实习护生的学习考核情况、批判性思维能力以及教学满意度。结果 干预组实习护生的学习考核情况、批判性思维能力得分、教学满意度均高于对照组[学习考核情况得分(90.06±3.18)分比(80.94±6.72)分,(91.01±2.96)分比(80.52±5.06)分,(91.51±3.07)分比(81.33±3.55)分,P<0.001;批判性思维能力得分(278.06±5.93)分比(238.04±7.25)分,P<0.001;教学满意度(98.36±1.19)分比(93.10±2.57)分,P<0.001],差异均有统计学意义。结论 研讨会、情景模拟联合视频反馈三位一体教学模式在产科护理带教中实施能充分调动护生学习的积极性和主动性,培养护生的批判性思维及临床思维,增强护生的临床护理综合能力,值得在临床推广、应用。Objective To explore the effect of a trinity teaching mode,combing seminar,scenario simulation and video feedback teaching methods,on obstetrics nursing clinical teaching.Methods From June 2022 to May 2024,100 nursing students who underwent clinical training in our obstetrics department were recruited.Among them,50 nursing students who underwent clinical training from June 2022 to May 2023 were assigned to the control group,and the other 50 nursing students who underwent clinical training from June 2023 to May 2024 were assigned to the intervention group.Participants in the intervention group received seminar,scenario simulation and video feedback teaching methods,while those in the control group received the traditional teaching methods.The assessment score,critical thinking ability and satisfaction with teaching of the participants in both groups were assessed.Results The assessment scores,critical thinking ability scores and satisfaction scores with teaching of the participants in the intervention group were statistically significantly higher than those in the control group[assessment scores(90.06±3.18)vs.(80.94±6.72),(91.01±2.96)vs.(80.52±5.06),(91.51±3.07)vs.(81.33±3.55),P<0.001;critical thinking ability scores(278.06±5.93)vs.(238.04±7.25),P<0.001;teaching satisfaction scores(98.36±1.19)vs.(93.10±2.57),P<0.001].Conclusion Seminar,scenario simulation and video feedback teaching methods in obstetrics nursing clinical teaching could mobilize the initiative and motivation of nursing students,cultivate their critical thinking,and enhance their comprehensive clinical nursing ability,which could be applied in clinical practice.
