安眠穴神经调控联合快速抗抑郁及病人自控睡眠对重度抑郁伴失眠患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：对于重度抑郁伴失眠的患者,多数情况下需要在抗抑郁的同时纠正失眠问题,否则治疗效果不佳。口服药物治疗往往需要联合应用多种药物,且存在效果欠佳、副作用大等缺点。运用安眠穴高电压脉冲射频进行物理调控复合艾司氯胺酮、右美托咪定进行化学调控可有效缓解重度抑郁伴失眠障碍患者的失眠。不良反应发生率较低,且可耐受。In most cases,for patients with major depressive disorder and insomnia,it is necessary to treat insomnia simultaneously with antidepressants,otherwise the treatment effect will be unsatisfactory.As a result,people often take multiple medications at the same time.There are shortcomings such as poor effect and significant side effects.The use of high-voltage pulsed radiofrequency at the Anmian(Extra)acupoint for physical regulation combined with esketamine and dexmedetomidine for chemical regulation can effectively alleviate the refractory major depressive disorder and insomnia.The adverse reaction rate is low and the symptoms are tolerable.
