场景塑造、行动赋能与价值重构:知识生产模式视角下社会工作硕士人才培养的路径与策略研究——以S大学MSW学生参与的青少年“历奇辅导”夏令营项目为例

摘　　要：为探究符合新文科建设背景下MSW人才培养目标与路径,本文以S大学MSW学生参与的N社工机构青少年“历奇辅导”夏令营项目为案例,运用知识生产模式Ⅱ的三螺旋结构,尝试研究知识生产模式转型视角下MSW人才培养的合作性知识生产路径及策略。研究发现,通过场景塑造、行动赋能和价值重构三大路径及多元行动策略,可以实现政产学研用的目标,并推动S大学、N社工机构与共青团多个主体从伙计到伙伴再到协同共同体的关系转变。此种基于合作性知识生产视角的人才培养模式,既提升了MSW学生培养的质量和效率,又促进了社会创新主体之间的紧密互动。In order to study the cultivation goals and paths of MSW students under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,this paper takes the case of S University participating in the“Adventure Counseling”summer camp project for teenagers by N Social Work Agency.Using the triple helix structure of Mode II of knowledge production,we attempt to study the cooperative knowledge production path and strategy of MSW talent cultivation from the perspective of knowledge production mode transformation.The research finds that the multi-action strategy across scenario shaping,action empowerment,and value reconstruction can achieve the goal of government-industry-university-research-application,and promote the relationship transformation of multiple subjects such as S University,N Social Work Agency,and the Communist Youth League from“boss”to partnership and then to harmonious community.The preliminary establishment of a talent cultivation model based on the perspective of cooperative knowledge production not only improves the quality and efficiency of social worker student cultivation,but also promotes the close interaction between social subjects'innovation.
