新农科背景下大学生实践创新能力培养模式探究——以吉林大学植物生产类专业培养农科人才为例

摘　　要：新农科建设是高等教育变革的内在需要、农业农村发展的客观需求、高等教育强国建设的任务要求。如何在新农科背景下适应新形势,协同培养既符合现代农业产业需求,又具有农工、农理、农医、农文深度交叉融合创新能力的新型人才,是当前植物生产类专业实践教学改革的重要方向。研究以吉林大学植物生产类专业培养农科人才为例,基于传统实践教育模式存在的问题,提出协同培养实践创新能力改革思想,并对实践创新教学体系构建举措进行探究。New agricultural education is the internal need for higher education reform,the objective demand of agricultural and rural development,and the requirement to build a powerful country in higher education.How to adapt to the new situation under the background of new agricultural science,and how to cultivate new talents that not only meet the needs of the modern agricultural industry but also have the ability of deep cross-integration and innovation of agro-industry,agro-science,agro-medicine,and agro-art,is an essential direction of practical teaching reform of Plant Production specialty.Taking the cultivation of agricultural talents in plant Plant Production at Jilin University as an example,based on the problems existing in the traditional practice education mode,this paper puts forward the reform idea of collaborative cultivation of practical innovation ability and explores the construction measures of practical innovation teaching system.
