摘 要:目的 了解乳母乳汁及血清矿物质含量及其相关性。方法 于2023年4月采取随机抽样的方法抽取湖南省湘潭县内199名哺乳期妇女为研究对象,收集其乳汁、外周血分离出血清。采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪及生化分析仪测定其中10种矿物质含量,分析乳汁中矿物质间及其与血清之间的相关性。结果 检测的10种矿物质中,乳汁钠、铜、硒含量低于血清(P<0.05),而钾、镁、铁、锰、磷含量高于血清(P<0.05);研究对象乳汁中铁与其在血清中含量呈正相关(r=0.140,P<0.05),而钾、钠及铜与其在血清中含量呈负相关(r=-0.376、-0.295、-0.277,P<0.05);血清中钙、铁和锌含量间呈正相关(r=0.334、0.672、0.388,P<0.05);乳母文化程度与乳汁镁呈正相关(r=0.156,P<0.05);乳母家庭年人均收入与乳汁钾、钠、铜呈正相关(r=0.154、0.140、0.203,P<0.05);乳母妊娠年龄、孕次、产次与乳汁铜呈负相关(r=-0.188、-0.188、-0.145,P<0.05)。结论 研究结果提示乳汁与血清中多种矿物质元素在泌乳过程中存在不同的转运机制。乳汁矿物质水平亦与乳母基本情况相关,应加强对乳母及其家庭的健康宣教,科学补充矿物质。Objective To investigate the mineral contents in breast milk and serum and their correlations in lactating women.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 199 lactating women in Xiangtan County,Hunan Province in April 2023 to serve as the research subjects,and their breast milk and serum samples were collected.The contents of 10 kinds of minerals in the breast milk and serum samples were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry and biochemical analyzer.The correlations among the minerals in breast milk and their correlations with serum were analyzed.Results Among the 10 minerals detected,the contents of sodium,copper and selenium in breast milk were lower than those in serum(P<0.05),while the contents of potassium,magnesium,iron,manganese and phosphorus in breast milk were higher than those in serum(P<0.05).Among the research subjects,iron content in breast milk was positively correlated with its content in serum(r=0.140,P<0.05),while potassium,sodium and copper contents in breast milk were negatively correlated with their contents in serum(r=-0.376,r=-0.295,r=-0.277,P<0.05).There were positive correlations among calcium,iron and zinc contents in serum(r=0.334,r=0.672,r=0.388,P<0.05).The lactating mothers’educational background was positively correlated with magnesium content in breast milk(r=0.156,P<0.05).The lactating mothers’annual per capita household income was positively correlated with potassium,sodium and copper contents in breast milk(r=0.154,r=0.140,r=0.203,P<0.05).The lactating mothers’gestational age,number of pregnancies and number of deliveries were negatively correlated with copper content in breast milk(r=-0.188,r=-0.188,r=-0.145,P<0.05).Conclusion The results of this study indicate that there are different interactions among mineral elements in breast milk and serum during lactation.Mineral levels in breast milk are also related to the lactating mothers’general conditions.Health education for the lactating mothers and their families should be strengthened,and m
