摘  要:师爱对学生的发展具有重要价值,但其价值并不是完全自足的,需要在理论上厘清其正当性基础。在个体层面,只有以尊重为基础,师爱实践才能获得成功;在公共层面,师爱实践不应妨碍公正,它本身应作为一种关系性善物在学生间公正地分配;在专业层面,师爱实践应引导学生转向对特定内容的关注与探究。要在师爱实践中真正依循这三个层面的要求,教师需要对这三大正当性基础保持整体的敏感,培育综合的实践判断能力,并始终葆有抵制制度压力的专业立场与道德勇气。Teachers'love has an important value for the development of students.But its value is not entirely self-sufficient in the professional process and requires justification.At the individual level,the practice of teachers'love can only be successful if it is based on respect.At the public level,the practice of teachers'love should not impede justice.It should itself be justly distributed among students as a kind of relational goods.At the professional level,the practice of teachers'love should lead students to turn to specific content.To be responsive to these three requirements,teachers need to be sensitive to all these three bases,to cultivate practical judgment,and to maintain a professional stance and moral courage to resist institutional pressures.
