摘　　要：适应性是职业本科教育高质量发展的本质逻辑。职业本科教育适应性是一种复杂适应性系统,是适应人的发展需求、教育发展需求、社会发展需求而持续进化、优化、提质的发展过程。基于职业本科教育发展历史较短、办学基础较弱、跨界融合不够等现实困境,增强职业本科教育适应性,需要审思办学历史,巩固职业本科教育发展根基与沃土;定向办学目标,打造中国特色高水平职业技术大学;定位办学思想,锚定职业本科守正创新与提档升级;考量专业建设,审时度势创新实施一对一专业策略;探索办学路径,推进跨界融合、多方联合的职教本科办学模式。Adaptability is the inherent logic driving the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.The adaptability of vocational undergraduate education represents a complex adaptive system,evolving and optimizing continuously to enhance quality in response to the demands of human development,educational advancement,and societal progress.Given the practical challenges faced by vocational undergraduate education,such as its relatively short development history,weak educational foundation,and insufficient crosssector integration,several measures are necessary to bolster its adaptability.To enhance the adaptability of vocational undergraduate education,it is imperative to reflect on its educational history and consolidate the foundation and fertile soil for its further development;set clear educational goals to build a high-level vocational and technical university with Chinese characteristics;position the educational philosophy by emphasizing the preservation of core values while pursuing innovation and upgrading in vocational undergraduate education;carefully consider specialty construction and implement innovative,situation-specific,one-on-one professional strategies;and explore educational pathways to promote a vocational undergraduate education model that integrates cross-sector fusion and multi-party collaboration.
