循经穴位雷火灸技术在慢性肾病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究循经穴位雷火灸中医护理技术对慢性肾病患者临床症状改善的影响。方法选取江苏南京市中医院在2023年1~7月期间肾内科接收的68例慢性肾病患者作为本次观察对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各34例,对照组实施常规中医情志、膳食、训练护理技术,干预组实施循经穴位雷火灸中医护理技术,于干预前、干预3个月后,对两组睡眠效率、疲乏程度、中医症候积分等指标进行对比分析。结果干预前,两组患者睡眠效率、疲乏程度等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,干预组患者在入睡时间、睡眠时间、日间功能、安眠药物、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍等睡眠效率得分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者在者疲劳对生活的影响、疲劳程度等疲乏程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者在食少纳呆、腰膝酸软、体倦乏力、下肢浮肿等中医症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循经穴位雷火灸中医护理技术有助于提升慢性肾病患者睡眠效率,缓解患者机体疲乏程度,改善中医症状。Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique of acupuncture point lightning fire moxibustion on the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 68 patients with chronic kidney disease admitted to the Nephrology Department of Nanjing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to July 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing techniques of emotion,diet and training,while the intervention group implemented acupuncture point lightning fire moxibustion.Before intervention and 3 months after intervention,the sleep efficiency,fatigue degree and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in sleep efficiency and fatigue degree between the two groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the sleep efficiency scores of patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group in terms of time to fall asleep,sleeping time,daytime function,sleeping drugs,sleep efficiency,sleep quality and sleep disorders(P<0.05).The effects of fatigue on life and fatigue degree of patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,such as eating less and staying dull,waist and knee weakness,body fatigue and lower limb edema(P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture point thunder fire moxibustion nursing technique of traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to improve the sleep efficiency of patients with chronic kidney disease,relieve the fatigue degree of patients,and improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
