摘　　要：文化基因是从生物进化角度研究文化现象的重要概念,该概念的提出和相关理论的建立强化了文化进化学说的解释力。文化基因是文化进化的基础,文化进化是文化基因变异、选择和传播的结果。文化基因变异的非随机性决定了文化进化本质上是文化的适应性表现,而作为文化基因载体的文化遗产则是文化进化和文化适应的见证者和推动者。“广义安全观”中的文化安全从精神活动与自然条件、精神活动与物质生产以及不同主体精神活动之间的“关系”角度反映了文化的适应性。文化基因的传递是文化安全的关键要素,文化遗产的保护、传承和发展是文化安全的实现途径。文化基因、文化遗产和文化安全的内在统一性为正确理解和科学阐释中华文明的连续性、创新性、统一性、包容性、和平性提供了全新视角。Cultural gene is an important concept in the study of cultural phenomena from the perspective of biological evolution.The introduction of this concept and the establishment of related theories have strength-ened the explanatory power of cultural evolution theory.Cultural gene is the basis of cultural evolution,and cultural evolution is the result of cultural gene mutation,selection and propagation.The non-randomness of cultural gene variation determines that cultural evolution is cultural adaptability in essence,while cultural heritage,as the carrier of cultural genes,is the witness and promoter of cultural evolution and cultural adap-tation.Cultural security in the"general security theory"also reflects the adaptability of culture from the per-spective of the"relationship"between spiritual activities and natural conditions,between spiritual activities and material production,and between the spiritual activities of different subjects.The transmission of cultur-al genes is a key element of cultural security,and the protection,inheritance and development of cultural heritage is a means of realizing cultural security.The internal unity of cultural gene,cultural heritage and cultural security provides a new perspective for the correct understanding and scientific interpretation of the continuity,innovation,unity,inclusiveness and peacefulness of Chinese civilization.
