摘 要:相变材料作为一种新型的可再生能源,通过吸收或释放能量实现能量的合理和有效利用。蛭石是一种具有较大比表面积和较强吸附性能的层状硅酸盐矿物,常用作相变材料的封装载体,可有效抑制相变材料在相变过程中的泄露。介绍了蛭石的结构和性质、蛭石基有机相变材料、蛭石基无机相变材料。研究表明以蛭石为复合相变材料的载体可以很好地封装相变材料,并通过对蛭石酸浸、有机插层、添加导热添加剂等方式进一步提高蛭石基复合相变材料的封装率与导热性能。通过浸渍不同相变温度的相变材料或通过多元共晶来调节相变温度,使蛭石基复合相变材料在建筑节能、太阳能转换等领域具有较好的应用前景。As a new type of renewable energy material,phase change material can realize rational and effective utilization of energy by absorbing or releasing energy.Vermiculite is a layered silicate mineral with large specific surface area and strong adsorption properties,and is commonly used as the encapsulation carrier of phase change material,which can effectively inhibit the leakage of phase change material during the phase change process.In this paper,the structure and properties of vermiculite,vermiculite-based organic phase change materials and vermiculite-based inorganic phase change materials were introduced.The research results showed that vermiculite as the carrier of phase change material could encapsulate PCM well,and the encapsulation rate and thermal conductivity of vermiculite-based PCM could be further improved by acid leaching of vermiculite,organic intercalation and addition of thermal conductivity additives.By impregnating PCM with different temperature or adjusting the temperature by multi-component eutectic,vermiculite-based PCM had a good application prospect in the fields of building energy saving and solar energy conversion.
