摘 要:以稻谷为试验对象,模拟稻谷筛分全过程,通过改变振动频率、振幅、振动方向角和筛板倾角分析各参数对筛分性能的影响。首先在SolidWorks中建立试验用振动筛与稻谷模型,之后将建立好的模型导入EDEM中进行仿真,以最大筛分效率和达到最大筛分效率耗时为评价指标,在单因素试验的基础上进行Box-Behnken试验优化得到最佳筛分性能参数,最后利用试验样机对仿真结果进行验证。结果表明:最佳筛分性能参数为振动频率11.6 Hz、振幅4.5 mm、振动方向角28°、筛板倾角6°,此时最大筛分效率为95.92%,达到最大筛分效率耗时为7.78 s。Taking rice as experimental object,the whole process of rice screening was simulated,and the influence of each parameter on the screening performance was analyzed by changing the vibration frequency,amplitude,vibration direction angle and sieve plate inclination.Firstly,the experimental vibrating screen and rice model were established in SolidWorks,and then the established model was imported into EDEM for simulation.Using maximum screening efficiency and the time taken to achieve the maximum screening efficiency as evaluation indicators,Box-Behnken methodology was carried out on the basis of single factor experiments to optimize the optimal screening performance parameters,and finally the simulation results were verified by the experimental prototype.The results showed that the optimal screening performance parameters were vibration frequency 11.6 Hz,amplitude 4.5 mm,vibration direction angle 28°,and sieve plate inclination 6°.The maximum screening efficiency was 95.92%,and the time to reach the maximum screening efficiency was 7.78 s.
