出版专业博士培养的三个向度

摘  要:在出版业面临深刻变革的时代背景下,出版专业博士研究生的培养尤为重要。本文从价值取向、职业导向和学科方向这3个向度简要探讨出版专博的培养路径,以期为出版专博教育的实践发展提供参考。在价值取向上,出版专博培养契合文化强国、出版强国建设的战略意义及人才培养的目标,满足出版产业发展需求;在职业导向上,出版专博教育的内容要在行业针对性、就业契合度和专业适应力方面符合职业需求;在学科方向上,出版专博培养需注重前瞻性、融合性和实践性,打破学科壁垒,建立跨学科融合机制。In the era of profound transformation in the publishing industry,training publishing professional doctoral students is crucial.To provide references for the practical development of publishing doctoral education,this paper explored training paths of publishing professional doctoral students from three dimensions:value orientation,career orientation,and disciplinary orientation.In terms of value orientation,publishing professional doctoral training aligns with the goal of building China into a country with a thriving socialist culture and the goal of cultivating talents,and meets the need of developing publishing industry.In terms of career orientation,the content of publishing professional doctoral education should meet occupational demands in terms of industry specificity,employment fitness,and professional adaptability.In terms of disciplinary orientation,the training should focus on forward-looking,integrated,and practice-oriented approaches,breaking down disciplinary barriers and establishing interdisciplinary integration mechanisms.
