国际出版博士人才培养研究——基于国家需求、国际经验和专业素养的思考

摘　　要：加快构建中国话语和中国叙事体系,深化文明交流互鉴,推动中华文化更好走向世界,以及国际出版业的全球化、数字化、智能化,均对当前国际出版人才培养提出了新的要求。从中国出版“走出去”,提高国际竞争力;优化图书进出口贸易结构,维护国家文化安全;服务国家“一带一路”及各类经济贸易活动等层面看,博士层次的国际出版人才应该具备思想政治自觉、文化自信,掌握编审校、数字出版、智能出版技能,以及具备语言、国际政治经济法律和国际版权交易等复合素养。Accelerating the construction of Chinese discourse and narrative systems,deepening the exchange and mutual learning among civilizations,promoting the global spread of Chinese culture,and adapting to the globalization,digitization,and intelligentization of the international publishing industry have put forward new requirements for the current training of international publishing talents.From the aspects of promoting the "Go Global" strategy of China's publishing industry and enhancing international competitiveness,optimizing the structure of book import and export trade and maintaining national cultural security,and serving China's economic and trade activities such as "the Belt and Road",doctoral-level international publishing talents should possess political and ideological self-awareness and cultural self-confidence,master editing,reviewing,proofreading,digital publishing,intelligent publishing capabilities,and have composite qualities in language,international politics,economy,law,and international copyright transactions.
