摘  要:牙周再生手术中微创理念的提出,在减小创伤的同时,更大程度上保证了软组织的完整性,为牙周再生手术提供了良好的软组织条件,从而可以更好地关闭创口,以获得更好的牙周组织再生效果。微创术式多种多样,如龈乳头保存技术、改良龈乳头保存技术等,不同学者术式选择各不相同,同时微创再生术中是否使用屏障膜、是否使用釉质基质衍生物和骨替代材料,以及使用的骨替代材料的类型,各个学者的报道不一。本文就上述问题在近年来的研究进展进行综述,总结了实行微创手术时再生材料的选择及不同类型材料的再生效果,以期为临床医生实施牙周微创手术提供一定的参考。The concept of minimally invasive surgery in periodontal regeneration has reduced trauma while better ensuring the integrity of soft tissue and providing improved soft tissue conditions for periodontal regeneration surgery to enhance wound closure and periodontal tissue regeneration effects.Minimally invasive surgical methods include gingival papilla preservation and modified gingival papilla preservation.Different scholars have diverse choices of surgical methods.Moreover,the reports of various scholars differ on whether to use barrier membrane,whether to use enamel matrix derivative and/or bone substitute materials,and what types of bone substitute materials to employ in minimally invasive regene-ration surgery.In this paper,the selection of regenerative materials and the regenerative effects of different types of materials in minimally invasive periodontal surgery in recent years are reviewed to provide some reference for clinicians to implement minimally invasive periodontal surgery.
