摘　　要：酒店业的数字化转型为酒店管理人才培养带来了挑战和机遇。目前,高职院校酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才培养过程中普遍存在教学内容滞后、教学方法单一、教师数字化教学能力不高的问题,这已经不能适应酒店业发展转型的需求,加之学生能力参差不齐。因此,高职院校必须结合数字化背景下酒店管理与数字化运营专业人才职业素质要求,探索校企合作、产教融合的创新模式,制定符合行业需求的人才培养方案,优化教学体系,改善教学环境,为酒店业培养一批高素质的复合型人才。The digital transformation of the hotel industry brings challenges and opportunities for the talent training of hotel management.At present,higher vocational colleges are facing such problems as teaching content lag,single teaching methods,low digital teaching ability of teachers and uneven ability of students.Therefore,higher vocational colleges must combine the professional quality requirements of hotel management and digital operations under the digital background.This paper explores the innovative mode of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education,develops the talent training plan that meets the hotel industry demand,optimizes the teaching system and improves the teaching environment,to train a group of high-quality interdisciplinary talents for the hotel industry.
