摘 要:当前严峻的就业形势下,提升就业竞争力成为高职生增加就业机会、拓宽就业选择的关键所在。本文以美育浸润行动为契机,以高职生参与社团为切入点,基于学生参与理论和自我效能感理论,构建社团参与行为通过自我效能感影响高职生就业竞争力的研究模型。通过问卷调查和实证分析发现:社团参与行为会对高职生的就业竞争力产生积极正向影响作用,而且自我效能在其间起到部分中介作用。据此,本文从高校、社团和学生三个层面提出相应的实践建议。Under the current grim employment situation,improving employment competitiveness has become the key for higher vocational students to increase employment opportunities and broaden their employment choices.With aesthetic education infiltration action as an opportunity to higher vocational students participate in community as the breakthrough point,based on students’participation theory and self-efficacy theory,this paper constructs a research model on the influence of community participation behavior on vocational college students’employment competitiveness through self-efficacy.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,it is found that the association participation behavior has a positive effect on the employment competitiveness of vocational college students,and self-efficacy plays a partial intermediary role between them.Accordingly,this paper puts forward corresponding practical suggestions from the aspects of colleges,societies and students.
