铁人精神推动实现大学生政治认同的路径研究

摘　　要：大学生政治认同的本质在于大学生认同社会主义建设者和接班人的身份。实现这一认同需要从本能认同、情感认同、价值理念认同以及行为导向层层推进。铁人精神兼具情感导向和意识形态建设功能,对实现大学生政治认同具有推动作用。优化铁人精神育人功能,推动实现大学生政治认同的路径有:以情感共鸣为发力点,整合教学资源提升铁人精神的思想引领性;探究铁人精神蕴藏的文化基因,在反思与实践中推动大学生价值认同形成;将铁人精神融入大学生理想信念教育内容,促进大学生成才成长。The essence of college students’political identity lies in their identity as socialist builders and successors.To realize this kind of identity,we need to advance from instinct identity,emotion identity,value concept identity and behavior orientation.Iron Man spirit has the function of both emotional guidance and ideological construction,which can promote the realization of political identity of college students.The methods to optimize the education function of Iron Man spirit and promote the realization of college students’political identity are as follows:taking emotional resonance as the focus to integrate teaching resources and enhance the ideological guidance of Iron Man spirit;exploring the cultural gene contained in the spirit of iron man to promote the formation of college students’value identity in reflection and practice;integrating the Iron Man spirit into the education content of ideals and beliefs for college students to promote their growth.
