摘 要:目的构建生源多元化背景下高职护理毕业生职业素养评价体系,为评价学生职业素养提供参考依据。方法通过文献研究法、半结构式访谈法制定高职护理毕业生职业素养专家函询问卷,于2023年7—9月选择16名护理相关领域专家进行2轮德尔菲专家咨询构建高职护理毕业生职业素养评价体系,并利用层次分析法计算权重系数。结果高职护理毕业生职业素养评价体系包含道德素养、专业素养、健康素养、跨文化素养4个一级指标、11个二级指标和40个三级指标。两轮函询表有效回收率均为100%,专家积极性较高。两轮咨询的专家权威系数分别为0.894和0.901,两轮肯德尔协调系数均大于0.4(P<0.05),各指标变异系数均小于0.25,咨询结果可靠。结论高职护理毕业生职业素养评价体系具有科学性,为高职护理专业毕业生职业素养评价提供评估工具,有利于助力人才培养和指导就业。Objective To construct a vocational quality assessment system for higher vocational nursing graduates under the background of diversified student sources,and to provide reference for the evaluation of students'professional quality.Methods Through literature research method and semi-structured interview method,a questionnaire of professional literacy of vocational nursing graduates was developed.From July to September 2023,16 experts in nursing related fields were selected to conduct two rounds of Delphi expert consultation to build an evaluation system of vocational nursing graduates'professional literacy,and the weight coefficient was calculated using analytic hierarchy process.Results The evaluation system of vocational literacy of nursing graduates included four primary indicators(moral literacy,professional literacy,health literacy and cross-cultural literacy),11 secondary indicators and 40 tertiary indicators.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of letter inquiry forms was 100%,and the experts had high enthusiasm.The expert authority coefficient of the two rounds of consultation was 0.894 and 0.901 respectively,the Kendall coordination coefficient of the two rounds was greater than 0.4(P<0.05),and the variation coefficient of each index was less than 0.25,indicating that the consultation results were reliable.Conclusion The vocational quality evaluation system of higher vocational nursing graduates is scientific,and provides an evaluation tool for the vocational quality evaluation of higher vocational nursing graduates,which is conducive to personnel training and employment guidance.
