基于文献计量学的晚期或转移性乳腺癌研究现状与热点分析

摘　　要：目的通过文献计量分析,对晚期或转移性乳腺癌研究领域的热点及发展趋势进行可视化。方法在本研究中,从Web of Science核心数据库和PubMed下载了2013-2024年发表的晚期或转移性乳腺癌研究文章,使用Bibliometrix(R包)进行定量分析,使用VOS viewer软件进行可视化。结果2013-2024年,晚期或转移性乳腺癌的相关文献研究数量呈缓慢增长趋势,但深度引文分析文献从2019年开始快速增多。Rugo HS是最有成果的作者,我国徐兵河教授发文量排名在前5位。共被引文献分析发现HR阳性或HER2阳性的晚期或转移性乳腺癌的治疗是该领域的热点和未来发展趋势。结论本研究结果为临床医生和学术研究人员在晚期或转移性乳腺癌领域的未来合作和研究提供了见解和研究方向。Objective To visualize the hotspots and trends in the research field of advanced or metastatic breast cancer through bibliometric analysis.Methods In this study,advanced or metastatic breast cancer research articles published from 2013 to 2024 were downloaded from the Web of Science core database and PubMed,quantitative analysis was conducted using the Bibliometrix(R package),and visualizations were performed with VOS viewer.Results From 2010 to 2023,the number of literature studies related to advanced or metastatic breast cancer showed a slow growth trend,but the number of literature related to deep citation analysis increased rapidly from 2019.Rugo HS was the author with the most publications.Professor XU Binghe of China ranked fourth in terms of publication volume.The analysis of co-cited literature found that the treatment of HR-positive or HER2-positive advanced or metastatic breast cancer was a hot topic and future development trend in this field.Conclusion The results of this study provided insights and research directions for future collaborations and research between clinicians and academic researchers in the field of advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
