双相情感障碍抑郁发作与单相抑郁症患者血清同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平与抑郁程度相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双相情感障碍抑郁发作(BD)与单相抑郁症(UD)患者血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)水平的差异以及与抑郁程度相关性。方法选取2022年10月至2024年1月赣州市第三人民医院收治的各50例UD患者和BD抑郁发作患者作为研究对象,分别设为UD组和BD抑郁组。比较两组的血清HCY、CRP、PCT的水平以及与抑郁程度的相关性。结果UD组和BD抑郁组的HCY水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);UD组的CRP和PCT水平均高于BD抑郁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UD组的HAMD-17评分与HCY、CRP、PCT水平均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.119,0.431,0.268;P<0.05)。BD抑郁组的HAMD-17评分与HCY、CRP、PCT水平均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(r=0.184,0.516,0.320;P<0.05)。结论血清HCY、CRP和PCT水平与UD和BD抑郁患者的抑郁程度呈正相关,CRP和PCT水平对于分辨BD抑郁发作和UD有一定的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the difference of serum homocysteine(HCY),C-reactive protein(CRP)and procalcitonin(PCT)levels between bipolar disorder(BD)and unipolar depressive(UD),and the correlation with the degree of depression.Methods From October 2022 to January 2024,50 patients with UD and 50 patients with BD depression admitted to the Ganzhou Third People's Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were set as the UD group and the BD depression group,respectively.The levels of serum HCY,CRP,PCT and their correlation with depression were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in HCY level between UD group and BD group(P>0.05).The levels of CRP and PCT in UD group were higher than those in BD depression group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The HAMD-17 score in UD group was positively correlated with the levels of HCY,CRP and PCT,and the differences were statistically significant(r=0.119,0.431,0.268;P<0.05).The HAMD-17 score of BD depression group was positively correlated with the levels of HCY,CRP and PCT,and the differences were statistically significant(r=0.184,0.516,0.320;P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of HCY,CRP and PCT were positively correlated with the degree of depression in patients with UD and BD depression,and CRP and PCT levels had certain diagnostic value for distinguishing BD depressive episode from UD.
