摘　　要：脑卒中,这一全球性重大非传染疾病,其高致残与致死率不仅深刻影响着患者的日常生活质量,还给社会经济带来了沉重负担。康复锻炼,作为促进脑卒中患者功能恢复的关键策略,其成效直接关联到患者的最终康复状态。尽管在住院期间,采取密集且系统的康复干预,患者通常能展现出较高的锻炼依从性,但出院后,院外锻炼其依从性均显著低于住院期间,院外锻炼成为制约康复效果进一步提升的瓶颈问题。鉴于此,深入探究影响脑卒中患者院外锻炼依从性的核心要素,已成为当前亟待攻克的科研难题。为全面理解并应对这一现象,本文从环境维度、个体特征及心理层面三个角度出发,对当前脑卒中患者院外锻炼依从性影响因素的研究现状与最新进展进行综合阐述。Stroke,a major global non-communicable disease,has a high disability and mortality rate that not only profoundly affects the quality of daily life of patients,but also brings a heavy burden to the social economy.Rehabilitation exercise,as a key strategy to promote the functional recovery of stroke patients,is directly related to the final recovery status of patients.Although patients usually showed high exercise compliance during hospitalization with intensive and systematic rehabilitation intervention,the compliance of out-of-hospital exercise was significantly lower than that during hospitalization,and out-of-hospital exercise became a bottleneck restricting the further improvement of rehabilitation effect.In view of this,in-depth exploration of the core factors affecting the compliance of stroke patients with out-of-hospital exercise has become a scientific research problem that needs to be overcome urgently.In order to fully understand and deal with this phenomenon,this paper comprehensively expounds the current research status and latest progress of the influencing factors of out-of-hospital exercise compliance in stroke patients from three perspectives:environmental dimension,individual characteristics and psychological level.
