摘  要:目的通过文献计量学分析,总结ω-3脂肪酸在阿尔茨海默病(AD)防治方面的相关研究。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库和中国知网中关于ω-3脂肪酸在AD防治方面的文章,检索时限为2004年1月至2024年10月。使用CiteSpace(版本6.2.R6)和Excel(2021)软件对筛选文章的年度、国家、作者、机构、期刊和关键词进行可视化分析,同时对关键词的词频和突现情况进行分析。结果通过检索最终纳入768篇英文文献和22篇中文文献。2018年英文发文量最高为64篇,发文量最多的国家是美国,发文量最多的机构是法国国家健康与医学研究院,发文量最多的作者是Cederholm T;MORRIS MC是被引次数最多的作者,J ALZHEIMERS DIS是被引次数最多的期刊;高频关键词有“二十二碳六烯酸”“轻度认知障碍”“危险因素”等,“fish consumption”“learning-ability”突现持续时间较长。结论不同类型ω-3脂肪酸影响AD疾病进程,膳食ω-3脂肪酸干预对AD疾病进程的影响是研究热点和未来趋势。我国未来应加强国家、机构及高校之间的合作,进一步推动该领域的发展,为AD的预防和治疗策略带来新的视角。Objective To summarize the related research on the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)withω-3 fatty acids through bibliometrics analysis.Methods Articles on the role of omega-3 fatty acids in the prevention and treatment of AD in Web of Science core collection database of and CNKI were searched,and the search period was from January 2004 to October 2024.CiteSpace(version 6.2.R6)and Excel(2021)softwares were used to visually analyze the selected articles by year,country,author,institution,journal,and keywords,as well as word frequency and emergence of keywords.Results A total of 768 English literatures and 22 Chinese literatures were included.The highest number of publications in English in 2018 was 64,the country with the most publications was the United States,the institution with the most publications was the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research,and the author with the most publications was Cederholm T;MORRIS MC was the most cited author,and J ALZHEIMERS DIS was the most cited journal;the high-frequency keywords include“docosahexaenoic acid”,“mild cognitive impairment”,and“risk factors”,etc.,and the emergence of“fish consumption”and“learning-ability”lasts a long time.Conclusion Different types of omega-3 fatty acids affect the progression of AD disease,and the influence of dietary omega-3 fatty acids intervention on the progression of AD disease is a research hotspot and future trend.In the future,China should strengthen the cooperation among countries,institutions,and universities to further promote the development of this field and bring new perspectives for the prevention and treatment strategies of AD.
