基于数据挖掘方法探讨魏成功教授治疗肺癌的用药经验

摘　　要：目的基于数据挖掘方法探讨魏成功教授治疗肺癌的用药经验。方法收集魏教授2022年4月至2024年8月在广东省中西医结合医院诊治的191例肺癌患者的中药处方,将处方信息构建数据表后对药名进行标准化,再对中药的使用类别、使用频次、性味、归经及组合规律进行分析。结果共纳入191个中药处方,涉及204味中药,常用中药是黄芪、半夏、白术、甘草、防风等。中药归经多属肝、肺、脾、胃经,药性以温、寒为主,药味以苦、甘、辛为主。黄芪-陈皮-白术、黄芪-白术-防风是最核心的中药组合。高频中药可被聚类为7类。因子分析提取12个公因子,可被分为6个药对及6个中药组合。结论魏教授治疗肺癌善于使用黄芪、半夏、白术、甘草、防风等中药,方药最喜使用黄芪-陈皮-白术、黄芪-白术-防风等组合。Objective To explore Professor Wei Chenggong’s medication experience in the treatment of lung cancer based on data mining methods.Methods Chinese materia medica prescriptions of 191 patients with lung cancer treated at Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from April 2022 to August 2024 were collected.After prescription information was constructed into data table,drug names were standardized.The usage category,frequency,nature,flavour,channel tropism,and combination patterns of Chinese materia medica were analyzed.Results A total of 191 Chinese materia medica prescriptions were included,involved 204 Chinese materia medica,commonly used Chinese materia medica included Astragali Radix,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Saposhnikoviae Radix,etc.Channel tropism of Chinese materia medica belongs to liver,lung,spleen,and stomach channels,natures were mainly warm and cold,flavors were mainly bitter,sweet,and spicy.Astragali Radix-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Saposhnikoviae Radix are the most essential combination of Chinese materia medica.High frequency Chinese materia medica can be clustered into seven categories.Factor analysis extracted 12 common factors,which can be divided into six couplet medicines and six combination of Chinese materia medica.Conclusion Professor Wei in the treatment of lung cancer is good at using Chinese materia medica such as Astragali Radix,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma,Saposhnikoviae Radix,etc.,prefers to use combinations of Astragali Radix-Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Astragali Radix-Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Saposhnikoviae Radix.
