摘 要:随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,公立医院面临诸多机遇和挑战。国务院办公厅发布的《关于推动公立医院高质量发展的意见》:督促公立医院管理队伍从多方面坚实推进专业化和职业化建设。本文从国内外公立医院管理队伍的现状、新形势下公立医院管理队伍专业化与职业化建设的基础要求、主要对策和方案三方面进行阐述,以提升医院管理队伍的综合素质,推动我国卫生事业管理水平向国际规范化接轨。With the continuous deepening of the healthcare system reform,public hospitals face many opportunities and challenges.The opinions on promoting the high quality development of public hospitals issued by the General Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China:urge the management team of public hospitals to solidly promote professionalization and professionalization from multiple aspects.The article elaborates on the current situation of public hospital management teams at home and abroad,the basic requirements,main strategies,and plans for the professionalization and professionalization of public hospital management teams under the new situation,in order to improve the comprehensive quality of hospital management teams and promote China’s health industry management level to align with international standardization.
