标准化操作免疫组化技术应用于肿瘤活检病理诊断中的有效性探讨

摘　　要：目的分析在肿瘤活检病理诊断中应用标准化操作免疫组化技术的作用。方法60例肿瘤活检患者,均进行标准化操作免疫组化技术检验及快速石蜡技术检验。以手术病理诊断结果作为金标准,对比两种诊断技术的诊断结果及诊断效能,满意度,相关评分。结果金标准诊断:阳性55例,阴性5例。快速石蜡技术诊断:阳性41例,阴性19例;标准化操作免疫组化技术诊断,阳性54例,阴性6例。标准化操作免疫组化技术的诊断符合率98.33%(59/60)、敏感度98.18%(54/55)均高于快速石蜡技术的76.67%(46/60)、74.55%(41/55)(P<0.05)。标准化操作免疫组化技术的满意度100.00%高于快速石蜡技术的93.33%(P<0.05)。标准化操作免疫组化技术的信任感评分(95.63±1.02)分、舒适度评分(91.26±1.01)分高于快速石蜡技术的(90.22±1.14)、(85.55±1.17)分,心理顾虑评分(50.26±1.01)分低于快速石蜡技术的(72.56±1.14)分(P<0.05)。结论在肿瘤活检病理诊断中应用标准化操作免疫组化技术进行干预,这种方式的应用效果更佳。Objective To analyze the role of standardized operation immunohistochemical technique in the pathological diagnosis of tumor biopsy.Methods 60 patients with tumor biopsy all underwent standardized immunohistochemical and rapid paraffin technique tests.With surgical pathology as the gold standard,the diagnostic results,diagnostic efficacy,satisfaction and related scores of the two diagnostic techniques were compared.Results The gold standard diagnosed 55 positive cases and 5 negative cases;rapid paraffin technique diagnosed 41 positive cases and 19 negative cases;standardized immunohistochemical technique diagnosed 54 positive cases and 6 negative cases.The diagnostic compliance rate and sensitivity of standardized immunohistochemical technique were 98.33%(59/60)and 98.18%(54/55),which were higher than 76.67%(46/60)and 74.55%(41/55)of rapid paraffin technique(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of 100.00%of standardized operation immunohistochemical technique was higher than 93.33%of rapid paraffin technique(P<0.05).The trust score and comfort score of standardized operation immunohistochemical technique were(95.63±1.02)and(91.26±1.01)points,which were higher than(90.22±1.14)and(85.55±1.17)points of rapid paraffin technique;the standardized operation immunohistochemical technique had a lower psychological concern score of(50.26±1.01)points than(72.56±1.14)points of rapid paraffin technique(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized operation immunohistochemical technique in the pathological diagnosis of tumor biopsy has better effect.
