综合康复训练在精神疾病患者中的应用效果评估

摘　　要：目的分析综合康复训练在精神疾病患者中的应用与效果。方法选取精神疾病患者150例,以随机方法划分组别为参考组和试验组,每组75例。参考组予以常规药物干预,试验组予以常规药物+综合康复训练干预。比较两组阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、生活质量评分、家庭功能评分、社会功能评分。结果干预后,两组PANSS评分均下降,且试验组PANSS评分中的阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般精神症状评分(9.08±2.08)、(11.19±2.08)、(26.02±2.16)分低于参照组的(10.27±3.21)、(13.78±3.89)、(29.09±4.28)分(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分均增加,且试验组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活状态、总体生活质量评分(85.66±10.28)、(85.12±11.14)、(84.48±12.13)、(83.14±12.82)、(83.78±12.99)分高于参照组的(75.38±10.17)、(76.25±11.03)、(75.87±11.12)、(73.78±12.79)、(75.26±11.12)分(P<0.05)。干预后,两组家庭功能、社会功能评分均下降,且试验组家庭功能、社会功能评分(4.37±1.46)、(50.38±10.49)分低于参照组的(6.59±1.17)、(60.51±11.21)分(P<0.05)。结论综合康复训练能够改善精神疾病患者的PANSS评分、生活质量、家庭功能、社会功能,效果明显。Objective To analyze the application and effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training in patients with mental disorders.Methods A total of 150 patients with mental disorders were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group,each consisting of 75 cases.The reference group received routine medication intervention,and the experimental group received routine medication+comprehensive rehabilitation training.The positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)score,quality of life score,family function score,social function score were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,PANSS scores in both groups decreased;PANSS scores for positive symptom score,negative symptom score and general psychiatric symptom score were(9.08±2.08),(11.19±2.08)and(26.02±2.16)points in the experimental group,which were lower than(10.27±3.21),(13.78±3.89)and(29.09±4.28)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life scores increased in both groups;the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function,material life status and overall quality of life in the experimental group were(85.66±10.28),(85.12±11.14),(84.48±12.13),(83.14±12.82)and(83.78±12.99)points,which were higher than(75.38±10.17),(76.25±11.03),(75.87±11.12),(73.78±12.79)and(75.26±11.12)points in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of family function and social function decreased in both groups;the scores of family function and social function were(4.37±1.46)and(50.38±10.49)points in the experimental group,which were lower than(6.59±1.17)and(60.51±11.21)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation training can improve patients'PANSS score,quality of life,family function,and social function,with significant effects.
